Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by play789 or any other gaming operator, and you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

play789 enforces age verification during the registration process and before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) and a proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of request will result in withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

If play789 determines at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements — in particular the 21+ age requirement — the account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from wagers placed while ineligible may be voided in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of play789 is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

play789 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. These checks may include document verification, payment method confirmation, or address verification.

• Each player is limited to one (1) registered account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• You must promptly notify play789 customer support of any changes to your registered information, including contact details and payment method updates.
• Corporate or commercial accounts are not permitted on play789. The platform is for personal entertainment use only.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your play789 login credentials, including your username and password. play789 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other platform or service.

You must not share your play789 account credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or agents. Deposits & Payments

All account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the cashier section of your play789 account.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your play789 wallet within seconds of completion. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on banking system processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded minus any applicable transaction costs.
• play789 does not charge deposit fees on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• play789 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposit amounts.
• Deposits made in error (wrong reference, wrong amount) should be reported to play789 customer support immediately. play789 is not responsible for errors made by the player during the deposit process.

play789 maintains the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10 of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on play789 are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. You may withdraw your Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name. play789 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal and may be required again for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction are specified in the cashier section of your play789 account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed as quickly as operationally possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals may be held or delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding, if suspicious activity is detected on the account, or during a system maintenance window.
• play789 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts with unusual activity patterns or large withdrawal amounts.

Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Only the Real Money Funds portion of your balance may be withdrawn freely, subject to the above conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

play789 offers various bonuses and promotional programs to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all play789 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated by meeting the wagering requirement on Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in each promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire after the stated deadline.

Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on play789 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, crash, monster crash, and sabong — are governed by the specific rules published within the platform for each game or game category. These game rules are supplemental to and subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Automated play: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, as described in Section 8.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to play789. play789 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal means.
• System exploitation: Exploiting known or suspected software errors, vulnerabilities, or display glitches to generate winnings or credits not legitimately earned.

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the play789 platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, service interruption, or network connectivity issues.
• Delays in deposit reflection or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, bank processing systems, or blockchain networks.

play789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player into their play789 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits play789's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

play789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, play789 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where warranted by the nature of the breach (e.g., fraud or money laundering), Real Money Funds pending regulatory or legal review. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, play789 will process a withdrawal of the account's Real Money Funds balance to the player's verified payment method.

Amendments to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
